Every Gremlin is hand cut, one of a kind and made from Blackened 80CRV2.
Blade Length is 2.5 inches and sharpened to 25 degrees
These Blades have been coated with vegetable oil so they are 100% food safe. We recommend to keep them oiled occasionally to avoid corrosion. If corrosion does occur, it can be easily wiped away with 0000 steel wool, or by using the knife instead of it sitting in your special toy drawer.
